Freestyle Trampoline Park
The largest indoor trampoline park, based in the East Midlands. They approached us prior to them opening to the general public to run, manage and build all social media platforms.
We created a strong online local presence with professional photographs and branded images, we felt that was a priority with the business just opening. Once this was established, we began targeting audiences further afield.

Came on board initially for the summer period (typically the quietest time for indoor entertainment venues) and we were tasked with increasing website traffic and social media engagement during these months.

During the summer period the companies social accounts and google page achieved an average reach of 19,000 people per month and a 12.5 % increase in online bookings based on the summer previous to us collaborating.
The Lobster Pot
The Lobster Pot, a seafood restaurant based in Nottingham.
A very busy establishment with little time to focus on marketing and social media.
They approached us to oversee the running of all social platforms as well as their google my business page. As they do not have an online booking system they rely on phone calls for bookings.
We were tasked with the goal to increase direct calls to the business, thus increasing their bookings. Since we began looking after their pages, they saw a surge on post engagements, particularly on Instagram and a HUGE increase on direct calls to the business, resulting in a 20% increase on bookings in the last 12 months.

Cote
A French restaurant with multiple locations across the UK.
We were asked to run and manage all social media platforms whilst the business was under a re-structuring.
The initial idea was to keep posting across Facebook, Instagram and Google in order to remain active online and keep engaging with current followers.
After seeing an impressive return on investment across multiple sites with the majority having an increase in calls and bookings, they decided to stay using us for all social media management.
The platforms have a combined 40,000 followers and an engagement rate of over 60% of these followers.
Peace & Loaf
Peace & Loaf a restaurant based in the North East, approached us frustrated that local competitiors were placing higher on search engines and wanted to fix this.
We began by ensuring their website was optimisied with keywords and engaging graphics. We did the same with all social media accounts. We then produced custom graphic content to go out on a regular basis to the correct target audience.
Since we began managing their social platforms, they have seen an increase in revenue by over 15% with minimal in-house price increases. Off peak bookings have more than doubled and they’re now operating 7-days a week as opposed to 5-days a week.

The Hockley Arts Club
A captivating cocktail bar tucked away in Nottingham.
Approached us wanting help to manage social media accounts, mainly Facebook – They had a lot of following but the algorithm had shifted and the content they were producing was not being shown to followers.
We soon fixed this, creating eye catching on-brand content for followers to enjoy.
The bar also decided to open an additional day in the week and needed help marketing this and getting the word out, mainly to the local area through the power of social media.
Mad Hatter Tearoom &
Cocktail Bar
Initially a Tearoom based in Matlock, it’s now a tea-room & cocktail bar, providing a unique experience for a variety of people.
They came on board with us upon opening, they simply did not have the time to run a brand-new business and all of it’s social accounts.
They needed us to set-up and run all accounts, as well as SEO and getting them performing high on google and other search engines.

The Malt Cross Pub
A large multi-story pub within an old Victorian Music hall based in Nottingham.
When we first began looking after the social media accounts, the business was only open Thurs-Sun. They had expressed a desire to open 7 days a week and had even trialled it in the past, to no success.
We put together a 12 week plan to boost social media engagement and concentrated on advertising the pub being open 7-days a week. Primarily to the local public.
Within 12 weeks it was clear the campaign had been a success and the pub now operates 7-days a week with a steady flow of custom each day.

A unique bucolic glamping experience where you can choose from our 10 hand made shepherd huts nestled around 2 established fishing lakes. It’s a family run business, but also a working farm – So time is limited when it comes to social media.
The main goal for the business was to fill up off-peak slots during the winter months.
We began creating content suitable for winter getaways, highlighting the cosiness of the hot tubs and lodges, targeting certain audiences and being consistent with posting. The business enjoyed an additional 108 bookings compared to the Nov- Jan of last year. This alone equates to an additional £14,000 in revenue (approx.).
Woodthorpe Hall
An exclusive Wedding venue set around 2.5 acres of land.
Ultimately, when we started looking after the companies social media accounts, they did not have much of a presence outside of their local area. This is fine for certain businesses, for a wedding venue/guest house, it’s far from ideal.
We got to work on expanding and gaining followers and engagement from people further away and not just within the local area. We created specific posts and targeted them to the correct audience.
With the help of Facebook & Instagram ads, as well as engaging, branded content – The business saw an increase of 70% of customers booking in for a show around and an increase of approx. 35% in actual wedding bookings compared to the previous year.
